Is the first ETFE roof in the history of Mexico, located in one of the famous neighborhood in the city of Monterrey. The project was conceived to be meeting point to the new shopping mall in the neighborhood of San Pedro Garza Garcia.

The Hotel is located on a corner that has two street entrances. The owners require a 133 square metre “L” shape awning to curve along two sides adjacent of the streets.
Two each 115' fabric canopies spanning the exterior outside seating are of the new luxury suites recently constructed at top of the Navy Marine Corps Stadium in Annapolis, MD.
For this project we created a an enclosure for a yurt structure on the interior of our clients building. We used Sunbrella fabric to make vertical panels to act as walls and aluminum powder coated railing to create an ambient ceiling. We also created windows in the vertical panels using clear vinyl.
